EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Mr. Chan Chi Yuen （陳志遠先生） joined our Group as an executive director in October 2015 and was appointed as the Chairman of the Group in November 2015. Mr. Chan obtained a Bachelor degree with honours in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree with distinction in Corporate Governance and Directorship from Hong Kong Baptist University. He is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Mr. Chan is a practising certified public accountant and has extensive experience in financial management, corporate development, corporate finance and corporate governance. 

Mr. Wang Jun（王軍先生） completed a 3-year certificate programme in basic education from 廣東省遂溪師範學校 (literally, Guangdone Suixi Education College), the People's Republic of China (the "PRC") in 1998. He also holds a qualification as qualified funds practitioner from Asset Management Association of China. Mr. Wang has extensive experience in real estate, corporate strategic management, project management, investment business, and funds management.

Mr. Yau Yan Yuen（邱欣源先生） obtained a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Yau is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has extensive financial, accounting and company secretary experiences.

INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Mr. Wu Zhao （吳兆先生） obtained a bachelor degree in Engineering (Chemical) from the University of Queensland, Australia. He also obtained a master of commerce in applied finance and a master of information technology from the University of Queensland, Australia. He has extensive experience in finance, information technology, investment and funds management. 

Mr. Lam Cheok Va  is a member of Election Committee of the Macau Special Administrative Region. Mr. Lam was a member of the Standing Committee of Yunnan Province Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (9th, 10th and 11th). He is also the President of Macau Yunnan Chamber of Commerce, the Director General of Macau Small and Medium Enterprises Chamber of Commerce, a director of China Federation of Overseas Entrepreneurs, a director of Macau Chamber of Commerce, an executive director of Macau Region China Council for the Promotion of Peaceful National Reunification, and a member of Advisory Board of School of Language and Translation of Macau Polytechnic Institute.

Ms. Tsang Hau Wai （曾巧慧女士） obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is a certified public accountant of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a project management professional of Project Management Institute. Ms. Tsang has extensive experience in commercial sector and listed companies.
